Vacation over

So, Easter has come and gone, meaning 5 days away from the gym. Oh noooooo!

Everything I did today was heavy and made me laugh. Atleast close to.


Leg curl
1x15 37,5kg

- 2,5kg increase

Incline dumbbell press
1x15 12kg
1x12 12kg
1x13 12kg

Side/shoulder dumbbell raises
1x10 5kg
1x10 5kg

Tricep pushdown
1x15 12,5kg
1x10 12,5kg
- used another machine than the last time

Squats
1x6 30kg
1x15 40kg
1x15 40kg
1x6 45kg (this one was a mess, started laughing and everything went wrong, haha)
- rep increase!

Seated pulldowns
1x14 40kg
1x10 40kg
- 5kg increase, didn't feel to bad actually

Bicep curl with dumbbells
1x8 10kg
1x10 8kg
- this was awful today, I was too much in a hurry and nothing felt right.

500 metres rowing machine, new personal best: 1:53 !
